Dr. Michael (Max) Chen, Executive Director

Dr. Michael (Max) Chen is a distinguished investor, entrepreneur, and educator with extensive experience across various sectors. He holds several prestigious positions, including Vice Chairman of the Rock Oriental Foundation, Director of the Wall Street Venture Capital Center, and Founder of the American Education Center. He also serves as President Emeritus of Columbia International College and Dean of the American School of Finance and Business.

Dr. Chen is the author of over 50 books in both Chinese and English. His notable works include “Wall Street Conspiracy,” “On Sino-American Education,” “Education Revolution,” and “Dictionary of Cultural Studies.” His contributions to literature and thought leadership in finance and education are widely recognized.

In 2004, Congress nominated and approved Dr. Chen to join the Presidential Campaign Advisory Committee. His accolades include the “2003 Outstanding Person Award” and the “2005 President Reagan Honorary Gold Award,” both bestowed by the US Congress.
