Virginia Arnold, Chief Administrative Officer of World Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection and Development Foundation, Inc. (WICH), is a high performance professional with excellent analytical, communication and problem solving skills. She’s dedicated to achieving client satisfaction and surpassing their expectations.

Virginia has always been a passionate learner and was fortunate enough to obtain a full scholarship to Yale University after graduating at the top of her class.  After graduation, she worked in the computer field as a business/ IT consultant.  She founded her own company and provided services to a broad array of clients from start-ups to large scale international corporations including Pfizer, Sony, Credit Suisse,  Morgan Stanley, and Onboard Informatics to name a few.   

Aside from her business interests, Virginia has always been interested in the power of the mind.  In pursuit of this knowledge, she explored the world of hypnosis, and obtained certification as a hypnotist and certification to train others as hypnotists.

As a member of the WICH team, Virginia looks forward to expanding worldwide knowledge of the wealth of Intangible Cultural Heritage offered by countries around the world and the necessity of preserving and protecting this rich tradition for the benefit of the world community.
